Is my drive save with this double sided adhesive?
Yes, the adhesive is super strong. It sticks better with some heat and happly it gets that from the hdd and monitor. We have tested this adhesive for two yeas now and we are delighted to say that it is super safe.
You can remove it easy with alcool, just spray some on the adhesive and wait a bit, after that pull it off and the surface is like new.
 
Does it fit on my 12, 13 inch macbook (or small laptops)?
Short answer yes, even a small monitor it can hold the weight of a normal external drive without problems.
 
Can I mount it on my Imac, Apple Display, Mac mini?
Yes you can. You can mount it on any flat surface.
